Ramblings of a Disorientated Mind

So, cause I’m going away for the coming week [I'm going to have so much mail!] I decided to clean my room, and in doing so came across one of my two memory/ random cool things boxes, and I decided that going through it would make for a good blog entry [not to mention recording for prosperity should something bad happen].

So, first things out of the box: The train tickets that I used to get to Alex for his birthday complete with times for my connecting trains. The only engagement card that I liked from the three I got. It got a stylised image of a couple sat at a table drinking Martinis, with the guy kissing the girls hand. Three hand written letters from my G’ma that she sent during my brief time at uni.

Next three: A bees wax candle with s red cross on it, made by Lizabeth Sims. A pottery rooster figurine thing from Portugal I think, from my G’ma and G’mpa. A Brownsea Island woggle, never used [possibly I bought it for a keepsake and never got around to using it].

Next three: A purple patterned light bulb, I bought the second time I went to Greenbelt [Christian arts festival]. It’s really pretty on and off. A pair of white embroidered gloves. I can’t remember anything about them other than they came from G’ma. They fit me almost perfectly though…. A pair of chopsticks made from bamboo and decorated, from my [not really] Aunty Joyce. I think they must be for eating with, cause they really don’t work in hair.

What next? Woolly things now. A tiny crochet coaster I made ages ago In a fit of random craftiness. It’s blue and brown *pulls face* A turquoise wool octopus I made at some big Guide camp when I was too young to even be a rainbow I think. Made with help from another not-aunt [you tend to get many of those when your mum's a guider]. And finally in the woolly category, a green felt mouse with a sash that said [by popular consensus] ‘Be green’. I think it was a parental gift from somewhere while I was going through my uber green stage.

Maybe I should have made a crafty category, instead of a woolly one, cause what’s just come out now is a gecko made of beads. This was made at the second castervaria I went to. He’s purple and yellow, and I’m sure he use to have a name. I know it was the second Castavaria because he has a X on his back, and it was during this camp that ‘Druid of the X’ was revised and shortened to the Dru you know and love today

Ya know what I said about going on holiday? I just remembered I’m s’posed to be packing. Oops. I’ll have to finish this some other time.

I really am the buggest wuss.

I was just reading someone’s LJ and there was some meme [what does that word mean anyway?] along the lines of ‘have you ever…?’ and one of the things was strip poker. Regardless of the fact no one has ever tryed to teach me card games [well, other than Rummy [I think] and Bitch and they drinking game kat and I came up with kinda] I’ve never played strip anything.

I think I’m missing out.

The last drinking game I played was possibly the first time I went up to alex’ [could have been kat's b/day, but I can't recall which came first]. It also made me remember the ‘strip jenga’ the boys threatened to play on Alex’ birthday. As it was I flaked out of even playing the normal jenga. I don’t know why I flaked out through.

I either need to loosen up, or drink more around people I only just met [or did I? I had the strange feeling I could have known them for forever. There's a theory that says that past lives are the way our souls evolve, and that souls that have been together for a while tend to recognise each other. Which would explain Alex and my instant trust.]

There was a point to this, but I’m damned if I can remember what it was. Eh *runs for tea*

And right now I’m not too sure at what. My computer is a big one, the fact that it died yesterday and then fucked up when I tryed to switch on today. That DnD got cancled is anther one. That Luke went to Andy’s anyway and didn’t offer me a lift to come along and now they get to spend time with Dan, who I never get to see any more makes it even worse. That I’m still achey and I screwed up at work again and I’m going to end up leaving Jade in the lurch and I feel bad about it and started writing a stupid meaphoric story about my brain and I can’t do anything constructive with my time are getting to me as well. Oh an getting a fake e-mail from myself with a possible virus attached isn’t helping matters.

*stamps feet and throws things and generally has a hissy/ flustration fit*

GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!

Though random things keep making me happy in that maniacal kinda way, and I gave myself a manicure and a pedicure and now I have shiny fingers and toes. Oh and I’m going on holiday on Sat, which is bad [see point about work above] and good.

I am talking about the NCIS series finale, and Katlin Todd, not my darling kitty. But OMGs! That could not be a series finale! Seires finales are supposed to warp everything up and tie up loose ends, but this so didn’t.
And they fucking killed off Kate!!
It was a very goo ending episode even if it didn’t meet the requirments for a finale.
Seriously, dude *shakes head*

[It's my blog and I'll whine if I want to]

- Litterally every time I move my left shoulder it clicks
- The whole of my right arm is going down the pan [Today the pain went from the thrid knuckles of my hand, to my wrist, then to mid way on the right of my fore arm, then to a little round from my bicep and back again]
- My left wrist is starting to hurt the way my right is
- Left hand side, on my back, below my ribs hurts like a bitch if I’m in one position for too long
- I’ve had the crappiest week
- The guy in potting is scary and confusing [one moment he's throwing my voltage clamps at me, the next he's smiling sweet as honey]
- I suck at mananging my job [I keep running out of stock]
- I suck at web design for other people, and I don’t know why even tryed since the people I was doing it for have so much more talent/ skill/ experience than me and where really just indulging me.
- I miss everyone
- I feel utterly useless
- I’m hormonal
- I seem to have a constant headache
- My back hurts ’cause I slouch too much
- I haven’t written for so long only I can’t think of anything to write
- And now my hand is going cold beacuse of the wrist support I’ve on to help me type sans pain
