I need to find a new title for the novel I just wrote. The MOW Files isn’t bad, it’s just that it’s also the name of the whole canon and I think it sounds silly. Bah
Any ideas?

Well my best suggestion to you is to turn it into an anagram, i.e. the M.O.W. files. That way it seems more classified.

I don’t think you understand. With or without dots, the name: The MOW Files, is the name of the whole series of stories I’ve written in this universe. I think it sounds silly to have the series name be the same as this novel, which isn’t even the first one, it’s someplace in the middle between First Meeting and The Flipside. Damnit, I hate titles when they don’t just come to me

In that case how about ‘Transition’, then it links the other 2 together, or perhaps ‘Pathways’ as another example. basically something that encompasses a joining or movement. As you have your first novel (beginning) and the third novel (ending) so naturally you need the middle one to reflect and complement the other 2.
